General terms and conditions

For a first massage, I will briefly ask a number of questions to get acquainted and to make an inventory of any complaints.
I will ask you to fill in and sign a registration form, by which you also accept the general terms and conditions.
Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will be noted for the purpose of my administration.
Information you give me before or during the massage will be treated confidentially by me and will never be given to third parties without your permission.
After the massage, the experience of the massage will be evaluated.
Are you being treated by a doctor, physiotherapist, specialist or the like or are you taking medication? Consult your doctor or therapist to make sure that you are allowed to receive my massage.
I will never claim to be able to cure certain diseases or conditions and will never advise to stop or change any regular medication or treatment recommended by a doctor.
I will refrain from making medical diagnoses. My massage is based on pressure point massage and yoga stretching.
You are responsible for the information and accuracy you provide to me during the intake interview, so that I can perform the massage as responsible and safe as possible. I am not responsible for any damage and/or injury resulting from the concealment of medical information such as physical and/or mental disorders, injuries and use of medication.
You make use of my massage of your own free will and at your own risk and therefore I cannot be held liable for any damage caused before, during and/or after a massage.
Out of respect for your privacy and tranquillity, you are kindly requested to turn off your mobile phone or turn it off just before the start of the massage.
Ethics and hygiene are of paramount importance and I expect the same of you.
From the point of view of hygiene, you are expected to take a shower just before the treatment. Furthermore, it is nice if you bring two large towels to lie on and a pair of clean socks.
All my massages are given over the clothes. No oil is used. It is therefore important that you wear comfortable clothing, such as a long-sleeved T-shirt and sports trousers with long legs.
Performing erotic massages is not part of my assortment. Asking for this is not appreciated.
I reserve the right to refuse clients.
Mutual respect in a safe atmosphere for both you and me is a matter of course during a massage.
Massages only take place by appointment. I will send you my general terms and conditions and the invoice in advance.
Payment is done in advance by bank transfer.
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. In case of cancellations within this period or forgotten appointments, these will be charged to you in full. If you are unexpectedly unable to attend, it is allowed to let someone else go to the massage appointment in your place.
